Sales Executive
Job Title: Sales Executive – Healthcare Technology & Solutions
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 2-4 years
Purpose:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Riyadh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be tasked with to open doors, providing knowledge and support to clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team for the seamless closing and execution of projects. The ideal candidate should be willing to to take the challenge of working on high commission scheme / low basic salary structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients within the healthcare sector.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Accurately forecast and track sales performance against established targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
Stay ahead of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and business development for consultancy service
Strong relationship with senior management and C-Suite in the private healthcare sector (Health Providers, Manufacturers, Distributors, Insurance Company…)
Willing to work on high commission/low basic salary structure
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor degree is not mandatory
