Purpose:
The Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for maintaining extensive knowledge of our products’ and services. This role involves providing technical expertise to assist in closing sales and meeting clients’ needs. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of THETA’s products and services from both technical and operational aspects, along with the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical resource for the sales team.
Conduct live and recorded demonstrations, and Proof of Value deployments.
Assist customers and system integrators with solution design and hardware sizing.
Support System Integrators in responding to tenders, RFPs, and other requirements from end users.
Localize Arabic, English and documentation as needed for tenders and RFPs.
Support the sales organization, both locally and globally, in achieving goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering, Technical Solution Specialist.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Have a vendor background/experience, preferred.
A self-starter. Able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and uncertinity while changing and realigning priorities.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to details.
